I wish to cancel my account with Empowering Media, how do I go about doing this?

Solution

In order to cancel your account with us, you must do so in writing. The best way to communicate this is to open a ticket in our help desk. You may also send us a letter via postal mail, or fax. Please let us know the effective date of your cancellation and the reason you wish to cancel. We do not accept cancellations via telephone. Domain names that no longer point to our network does not count as cancellation and your service will continue to be billed at your scheduled interval.
