Mail that I send is not being saved in the Sent Folder (webmail)

Issue

When I send mail it is not being saved in the Sent Folder

Solution

You must set your identity information:

1. Select Options
2. From the "Your Information" column select "Personal Information"
3. Select "Edit your Identities"
4. From the "Your Identites" drop down list select default identity (email name@your domain name.com
5. Select the "Sent Mail Folder"
6. Select "Sent" in the drop down list
7. Press the "Change" button

If you visit this page again the "Sent" item will not be selected. This is a known bug
