It is often useful to examine the full headers of a received email to determine its source for reporting spam.

For Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Outlook.
2. Right click the message you wish to send in its mailbox and select "Options...".
3. Right click in the "Internet Headers" text area and select "Select All".
4. Right click again in the "Internet Headers" text area and choose "Copy".
5. You can now paste into any text area by press Ctrl-V
