How do I change contact information for my domain name?

Login to the domain name management console:

https://www.supportem.com/account/domain.cgi

Each link on the main screen corresponds to a field in the WHOIS output. Click on the link to the field you wish to update. You will be presented with a page where you can edit the information in each field.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correctness of their domain name information. Empowering Media sends notifications of domain renewals to the billing contact listed in your domain. If that Email address is no longer valid, you will not receive notifications about your domain name.

Ensure the administration Email address is kept accurate. This is the easiest way to recover a lost login/password. If you do not know have your login information AND your Email address is not valid. Please visit KB article 00110.
