Beginning Monday, March 9th the invoice that you receive from our Ubersmith billing system will now come to you as a PDF attachment. In order for you to view your invoices you will need to have Adobe Acrobat. If you currently do not have this, you can download it easily and for free at the following website: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
The new invoices will be easier to read and to print.
If you have any questions regarding the new PDF invoice, please contact us via the help desk at www.supportem.com. Click on “Getting Help” to open up a ticket in Billing and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
