Empowering Media Customers Who Pay With Credit Cards

All customers who pay via credit card need to check their billing accounts to ensure that the billing address on file in the system matches the address that is associated with their credit card. If the address on file does not match what is associated with the credit card, the charge will be declined and the invoice will not be paid.

To login to the billing system, please visit https://billing.supportem.com. Your login name is the first four digits of the invoice number. If you do not remember what your password is, please open up a ticket in billing at www.supportem.com, or you can click on the forgot password link and your password will be emailed to you at the email address that is on file.

The best way to update your information is to delete the information that is currently in the billing system. You can do so by clicking on client profile, then go to view billing info. After you have deleted your information you can click on add credit card and put in your new information.

Our policy regarding late fees, suspensions and deletions is as follows:

20 days past due – $15.00 late fee
40 days past due – suspension of service
60 days past due – account is deleted
